Job summary

Dollywood Parks & Resorts is seeking an Amusement Sales Associate to support the Games and Amusements team by selling gameplay packages and assisting with POS operations. You will help maintain stock, demonstrate packages to guests, and ensure smooth daily operations in a on-site, part-time seasonal role.

The ideal candidate will be friendly, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment, while upholding safety, PCI compliance, and the Dollywood culture.

Qualifications

• Must be a minimum of 16 years of age
• Minimum 6 months of sales experience is required
• Minimum 6 months of customer service experience is required
• Minimum one year of experience in a team environment preferred
• Basic computer skills are required
• Background screening and pre-employment drug screening will be conducted

Responsibilities

• Assist the Sales lead in daily operation of Games and Amusements, handling funds, tickets, forms and keys
• Complete opening/closing procedures and ensure readiness of assigned areas
• Describe sales packages to guests and demonstrate selling skills
• Operate a point-of-sale register including sales, refunds and reporting
• Participate in team success through service and respect for others
• Assist in inventories and cycle counts for tickets and merchandise
• Support stock levels and merchandising of assigned locations
• Maintain cleanliness and display preparation to company standards
• Maintain dependable attendance and evaluate shifts for flexibility
• Communicate needs for products, equipment and supplies to leadership
• Adhere to Amusements safety guidelines and report safety issues
• Protect guest and coworker privacy and complete PCI compliance training
