Parking Management Company (PMC) is seeking a Hospitality Valet Attendant for luxury hotels, resorts and events. You are the first and last impression, delivering a welcoming, professional guest experience from arrival to departure.

You will park and retrieve vehicles safely, interact with guests with energy and confidence, and help maintain a polished valet area. Compensation includes tips and base pay, with opportunities across markets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Customer service experience preferred; customer service attitude and a helpful demeanor is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous, efficient valet services while ensuring guest vehicle safety.
• Greet guests and assist with vehicle drop-off and retrieval.
• Maintain clean, organized, and presentable valet areas at all times.
• Follow attendance and timekeeping policies, clock in/out, and report tips accurately.
• Attend staff meetings and complete training modules on time.
