Parking Management Company (PMC) is seeking a Hospitality Valet Attendant for luxury hotels, resorts, and events. You will warmly greet guests, park and retrieve vehicles safely, and contribute to a polished arrival and departure experience.

The role is non-exempt with full-time or part-time schedules. Compensation ranges from $13.00 to $20.00+ per hour (including tips), with opportunities for performance-based tips and training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; customer service experience preferred; customer service attitude mandatory.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required for this role, along with maintaining an acceptable motor vehicle record with no more than three moving violations within a three-year period.
• Provide exceptional guest service through professional communication, active listening, and personalized assistance, creating a welcoming and memorable experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and park/retrieve vehicles safely.
