Qualifications

• Guest service or food preparation experience required or preferred.
• Basic math skills needed to handle transactions and counts.
• Ability to work flexible schedule and extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent Guest service in a fast-paced environment.
• Assist with food preparation and maintaining product quality.
• Promote guest satisfaction and resolve issues, escalate when needed.
• Complete cross-training and certification in multiple positions.
• Adhere to policies to maximize guest and team member satisfaction.
• Help ensure the restaurant is safe, clean and welcoming.
