Job summary

Target in Winter Haven, FL is seeking a Specialty Sales Team Leader to motivate a team and ensure outstanding guest experiences on the sales floor. You will drive guest services, manage tasks, and oversee merchandising across departments to meet sales goals.

You will coach and develop hourly colleagues, plan staffing, and ensure compliant operations while upholding Target's standards for safety and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Guest service fundamentals and experience building a guest-first culture.
• Retail business fundamentals, including department sales trends and promotions.
• Planning daily/weekly workload to support priorities and goals.
• Leading a team of hourly team members; interviewing, developing, coaching, evaluating and retaining talent.
• Strong communication and leadership skills to manage store operations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver guest experience commitments and ensure consistent operations.
• Train, coach and hold team members accountable to standards.
• Manage merchandising sets, planograms and seasonal updates.
• Lead hiring, onboarding and daily team tasks.
• Support store leadership with safety, compliance and incident responses.
