HomeState is hiring a Service Team Member in Southern California. The role focuses on guest hospitality, accurate service, and menu expertise to enhance the guest experience. You will work in a team, demonstrate reliability, and uphold cleanliness and safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

The position offers a base pay with tip share, requires availability on weekends and various shifts, and provides meals, benefits and growth opportunities within a welcoming culture.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years in the restaurant industry with guest facing roles preferred.
• Personable and enjoys working with people and a diverse team.
• Availability to work weekends, day shifts and evening shifts.

Responsibilities

• Build guest relationships and deliver hospitality-centric solutions. Welcome guests, execute service roles with care and kindness; be an expert of the menu.
• Take on new opportunities with urgency and high energy, manage time and assist with tasks.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues to ensure efficient operations and communicate with honesty and transparency.
• Collaborate with team to support daily tasks, promote teamwork and training.
• Follow HomeState standards, sanitation guidelines and keep areas clean and appealing.
• Maintain regular attendance and take pride in improving day by day.
