HomeState is seeking a Kitchen Team Member for evening shifts in Southern California. You will work across stations to ensure proper food temperatures, quality, and timely service while delivering warm hospitality to guests.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years experience in a professional restaurant kitchen is preferred.
• Availability to work weekends, day shifts and evening shifts.

Responsibilities

• Maintain proper food temperatures and station readiness across prep, line, grill, and dish.
• Follow sanitation standards and kitchen policies to ensure high-quality guest experiences.
• Collaborate with team to support daily tasks, training, and safety.
• Recognize safety or quality concerns and communicate them to leadership.
