Job summary

Asbury Automotive Group is seeking a Service Valet/Porter at Courtesy KIA in Brandon, FL. You will be the first contact for arriving service customers, greeting them, gathering vehicle information, and moving cars between the drive and shop.

This role requires outdoor work and staying on your feet for long periods. You should be at least 18, have a valid driver’s license, and be able to pass background checks.

Qualifications

• Ability to operate manual transmission.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment screening (background and drug test).

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a timely, friendly manner and obtain vehicle information when possible.
• Assist the Service Advisor in helping customers while maintaining organization in the service drive.
• Move the customer's vehicle following the greeting process in a safe and secure manner.
• Retain keys according to safeguard procedures.
• Promote effective working relationships with colleagues and departments.
• Contribute to customer satisfaction (CSI) through proper vehicle delivery procedures.
• Assist fellow staff to ensure full dealership operations.
• Work outdoors and be on your feet for extended periods.
