Job summary

P.F. Chang's China Bistro, Inc. in Florida is hiring full-time or part-time hourly Servers, Waiters or Waitresses. You’ll deliver warm hospitality and guide guests through their dining experience as part of our scratch kitchen team.

No prior experience is required—we train you. You’ll excel in customer service, multi-task in a fast-paced environment, and maintain sanitation standards. We offer flexible scheduling, competitive pay, meal discounts, and opportunities to advance within the company.

Qualifications

• Previous experience is not required – we will train you!
• Excellent customer service skills and etiquette.
• Ability to execute proper sanitation practices and safety procedures.
• Must meet state minimum age for serving alcoholic beverages.
• Have a current Food Handler’s Card where applicable, or we will help you obtain.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team-work environment.

Responsibilities

• Delivers amazing hospitality experience to guests anticipating, delivering, and exceeding guests’ expectations.
• Understands the restaurant menu to engage guests on choosing menu items and able to answer guest’s questions.
• Guides guests through their dining experience while taking, placing, and serving food and beverage orders, as well as processing payments.
• Understands restaurant seating layout, how tables are divided into server areas, and how to deliver food within the restaurant.
