Job summary

Five Iron Golf is seeking a Server/Bartender to elevate dining and gaming experiences at our venues in Baltimore. You will guide guests through the menu, upsell items, and ensure smooth service at the bar and across simulators.

Responsibilities include maintaining product knowledge, handling POS transactions, managing inventory, and creating new promos. The role supports a fun, inclusive atmosphere with strong customer engagement.

Qualifications

• Server, bar, and/or hospitality experience encouraged but NOT required.
• Upbeat energy, enthusiasm, and positive attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
• Ability to stand, walk, and bend for long periods of time.
• Ability to obtain proper licensing and certifications for the location.
• Meet state minimum age to bartend.
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service to guests, ensuring a fun and enjoyable experience.
• Maintain extensive knowledge of our food and beverage offerings; present menus, answer questions, make recommendations, and upsell.
• Use point-of-sale terminals to enter orders and process payments accurately.
• Serve food and beverages in a timely and courteous manner.
• Manage inventory and order supplies to ensure bar is well-stocked.
• Ensure the bar, golf simulators, and surrounding areas are clean and guest-ready.
• Create fresh ideas for specials, cocktails, and promotions.
• Check in with guests at the bar and simulators to ensure satisfaction and address concerns.
