Job summary

Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic Server to join our team. You will seat guests, take orders, and ensure timely delivery of meals while upholding standards of hospitality and service excellence.

Applicants should have a minimum of a High School education and at least one year in a hotel/restaurant serving role. Training on menu items and alcohol service will be provided, with opportunities for career growth within a diverse, employee-focused workplace.

Qualifications

• Minimum of High School education, post-high school education preferred
• Minimum of one (1) year in hotel/restaurant serving role
• Familiar with serving liquor regulations and responsible service of alcohol

Responsibilities

• Seats and takes accurate food orders from guests
• Monitors food distribution to ensure correct delivery and presentation
• Checks station for proper setup and cleanliness
• Abide by liquor regulations pertaining to minors and intoxicated guests
• Familiar with all menu items, preparation and service procedures
• Totals checks, presents to guests and accepts payment
• Assists with bussing tables
• Performs other duties as assigned
