Job summary

Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a Service-oriented Server Assistant for Hotel Washington. You will seat guests, take orders, and ensure meals are delivered accurately and attractively.

Qualifications

Minimum of High School education, post-high school education preferred.
Minimum of one (1) year in hotel/restaurant serving role.

Responsibilities

Seats and takes accurate food orders from guests.
Monitor food distribution and ensure meals are delivered to guests as ordered and presented well.
Check station for proper setup and cleanliness before, during, and after shift.
Abide by liquor regulations for serving alcohol to minors or intoxicated guests.
Be familiar with all menu items, preparation and service procedures.
Totals checks, presents to guests, and accepts payment.
Assist with bussing tables.
Perform other duties as assigned.
