Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic, service-oriented Server to join our team. As a server you will seat guests, take orders, deliver meals, and provide attentive hospitality in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of serving experience in hotels or restaurants, a team player attitude, and the ability to multitask and communicate effectively.

Qualifications

• High School education required; post-high school preferred.
• Minimum of one year in a hotel/restaurant serving role.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, and communicate effectively with guests and team members.

Responsibilities

• Seat guests and take accurate food orders.
• Ensure meals are delivered correctly and presented well; maintain buffet appeal.
• Check station setup and cleanliness before, during, and after shifts.
• Comply with State, Federal and Corporate liquor regulations.
