Job summary

Goodwill of North Georgia is hiring a part-time retail associate for our Doraville store. This hourly position offers weekly pay, flexible weekend hours, and a chance to help our community by providing friendly guest service and supporting donations and merchandise.

You will greet guests, assist with transactions, support merchandising, and maintain a neat sales floor while adhering to safety practices. No prior experience required; strong teamwork and communication are valued.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Basic math skills required.
• Must have good oral and written communication in English.
• Detail oriented with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Strong time management and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and promote the brand while suggesting additional items.
• Maintain a professional, patient, people-first attitude with guests.
• Transition product to the sales floor with attention to detail.
• Execute and maintain visual merchandising strategies.
• Upsell merchandise and round up during transactions.
• Handle point-of-sale transactions accurately.
• Identify and resolve problems with management support.
• Communicate effectively with management, peers, and guests.
• Promote teamwork and follow training materials.
• Keep the sales floor neat and organized at all times.
• Attend required trainings and meetings.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
