Job summary

Goodwill of North Georgia is seeking a retail team member to support store operations and guest experience. You will process sales, assist with merchandising, and help maintain a clean, welcoming environment across our 100+ locations.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, using the POS system for transactions, upselling, and collaborating with teammates to meet goals. Prior experience in customer service is helpful, and this role offers opportunities for skills training and career growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and deliver outstanding service.
• Display a professional, patient, and customer-first attitude.
• Process sales and returns using the POS system with accuracy.
• Assist with merchandise display and upkeep of the sales floor.
• Upsell merchandise and round up during transactions.
• Maintain checkout area clean and organized, meet speed and accuracy targets.
• Identify and solve problems and seek manager support when needed.
• Coordinate with team to ensure smooth store operations.
