Job summary

Goodwill of North Georgia is a nonprofit retailer that supports community job programs and provides a welcoming, friendly shopping environment across 100+ locations in the region. We seek a Sales Associate to assist guests, handle purchases, and keep our stores clean and organized in Atlanta.

You will be part of a team focused on excellent guest experience, teamwork, and adherence to safety and training guidelines, while helping guests find treasures and supporting our mission.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong teamwork and reliability.
• Basic math and cash handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and deliver a friendly brand experience.
• Assist customers and upsell merchandise during transactions.
• Maintain visual merchandising and neat sales floor.
• Operate POS and process transactions accurately.
• Attend trainings and follow store policies.
