You will recruit, train, and coach staff, maintain brand standards, optimize labor and food costs, and ensure guest satisfaction while managing scheduling, payroll, and inventory. This role demands reliability, clear communication, and hands-on leadership.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of management or leadership experience in QSR/retail preferred.
• High school diploma (or equivalent).
• ServSafe Certification preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership with confidentiality awareness.
• Basic math, problem-solving and computer skills.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to stand and lift up to 50 lbs for up to 12 hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruiting, hiring and training of team members.
• Build a positive, accountable team culture and provide feedback.
• Deliver guest-first service while maintaining brand standards and food safety.
• Ensure proper staffing to keep shifts running smoothly.
• Drive sales, manage labor and food costs, and handle cash.
• Schedule, payroll, inventory and ordering; forecast staffing needs.
• Complete basic reporting and administrative tasks.
