You will drive guest service, staffing, and performance in a fast-paced environment, while upholding brand standards and safety. The role includes Sundays required, a 5.5-day work week, and potential relocation assistance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience managing a QSR or restaurant (required).
• ServSafe Certification (preferred).
• Strong communication and leadership with confidentiality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on role.
• Basic math, problem-solving, and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruiting, hiring, and training of team members.
• Build a positive, accountable team culture with ongoing feedback and recognition.
• Deliver guest-first service while upholding brand standards, cleanliness, and food safety.
• Ensure proper staffing to keep shifts running smoothly and efficiently.
• Drive sales and execute local marketing efforts; control labor and food costs.
