Job summary

HHM Hotels is seeking a Restaurant Server to provide courteous service, take orders, and ensure guest satisfaction in line with our brand and EarthView sustainability standards. You will support bartending and bussing during busy periods and contribute to a smooth dining experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous food and beverage experience required or equivalent training.
• Knowledge of POS systems.
• TIPS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take food and beverage orders and place orders in the point of service system.
• Ensure overall guest satisfaction.
• Set and clear tables in dining areas.
• Stock service stations with items such as ice, napkins, or straws.
• Prepare guest check and process payment transactions when appropriate.
• Perform other duties as requested by management, including bartending or bussing during peak periods.
