Job summary

Qualifications

• Verbal and written communication required to interact with guests and take orders.
• Basic mathematical skills to operate cash register, make change and total checks.
• Ability to read, speak and understand English to communicate with guests.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a timely, courteous, and friendly manner.
• Input orders into register and create a check for each guest.
• Handle cash, make change, verify charges, and process vouchers.
• Maintain bar setup and ensure stock of garnishes, juices, and perishables.
• Adhere to liquor regulations regarding serving to minors or intoxicated guests.
• Perform general cleaning tasks as assigned by supervisor.
• Other duties as assigned.
