Formación

• Strong math and financial management skills.
• Experience in restaurant, retail, or supervisory roles.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a Dunkin' team to deliver great guest experiences and maintain operational standards.
• Hire, train, and develop staff; set expectations and provide feedback.
• Maintain staffing levels to meet guest service goals across shifts.
• Ensure food safety, sanitation, and compliance with laws and brand standards.
• Drive profitability through cost control, promotions, and product rollouts.
• Set sales goals and monitor performance to achieve targets.
