Job summary

Hardee's Restaurants, LLC in Highland, IL is seeking a Crew Person to perform designated tasks in a fast-paced kitchen and front-of-house role. You will provide guests with a positive experience, prepare quality menu items, and keep the restaurant clean and safe.

Responsibilities include following guest service guidelines to deliver Superstar Service, working at assigned stations, maintaining product quality, adhering to food safety standards, and assisting with daily opening/closing duties.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in high school; high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be a minimum of 16 years of age.
• Must have reliable transportation to work.
• Must be able and willing to work flexible hours, possibly including opening and closing shifts.

Responsibilities

• Follow Guest service guidelines to ensure Superstar Service for guests.
• Work assigned station(s) accurately and stock/clean as needed.
• Prepare, package and deliver hot, quality products per menu standards.
• Handle all food according to company safety procedures and sanitation requirements.
• Follow cash control guidelines to minimize restaurant costs.
• Communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Perform other duties or projects as required.
