Job summary

Hardee's Restaurants, LLC is seeking a Crew Person to deliver Superstar service and prepare quality food in a fast-paced setting. You will work at assigned stations, stay organized, and help keep the restaurant clean and safe for guests and staff.

The role requires potential evening or opening/closing shifts, reliability, and a willingness to learn. This position is on-site, part-time, with transportation to work a must.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in high school; high school diploma or equivalent is preferable.
• Must be a minimum of 16 years of age.
• Must have reliable transportation to work.
• Must be able and willing to work flexible hours, possibly including opening and closing shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide guests with a positive experience and quality food products.
• Prepare, package and deliver products according to standards.
• Keep station areas clean, stocked and safe for guests and employees.
• Follow cash handling guidelines to help control costs and use materials efficiently.
