Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Market Associate to deliver exceptional guest service, maintain food safety and sanitation standards, and assist with fresh food preparation and inventory.

You will support store operations, restock, and ensure a safe, inviting environment while upholding brand standards across daily tasks. Ideal candidates are ready to work hard and contribute to hospitality values.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Basic math skills to perform transactions and complete shift documentation.
• Strong knowledge of general safety, sanitation, and hygiene practices.
• Ability to validate customer identification for age-restricted product sales per state law.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class Guest service at every interaction.
• Prepare/maintain all fresh, Grab and Go items according to company guidelines.
• Operate POS systems and assist in inventory management and back stocking.
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and safety of all store areas and equipment.
