Areas USA, Inc. is seeking a Lead in Food and Beverage Operations to support the Concept Manager and Assistant Manager in achieving store sales and operational goals. This role supervises a team, models guest-first service, and helps maintain Areas USA’s standards.

• One to two years of employment in a related position.
• Minimum High School Diploma, some College preferred.
• Exceptional sales and operational skills in a guest service environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead shift to ensure guest service and supervise staff.
• Identify problems and coach team to improve sales and operations.
• Communicate improvement ideas to Store Manager or Assistant Manager.
• Model Areas USA’s culture and standards during all shifts.
• Perform special projects as assigned.
