Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests in a warm, friendly, and timely manner.
• Manage waitlists and reservations to ensure smooth front-of-house flow.
• Accurately process and package togo/takeout orders for pickup and delivery.
• Answer incoming calls, respond to togo inquiries, and take phone orders.
• Coordinate with kitchen and serving staff to ensure order accuracy and timing.
• Maintain a clean and organized host stand and togo packaging area.
• Provide guests with menu information, specials, and a positive dining experience.
