Job summary

Kuber Oregon LLC in Gresham, OR is seeking a friendly To-Go Specialist to join our team. You will bridge the kitchen and guests, packing, taking orders, and ensuring accurate, timely service for takeout and delivery orders.

You’ll handle cash and POS transactions, maintain a clean to-go area, and communicate wait times effectively. Prior restaurant or customer-service experience is preferred, and a food handler’s card is welcome or obtainable after hire.

Qualifications

• Experience in a restaurant or customer-facing role.
• Strong multitasking and time management in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Food handler's card or willingness to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Accurately package and prepare to-go and takeout orders for guests and delivery platforms
• Answer phones and take accurate food orders in a friendly, professional manner
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and correct order fulfillment
• Process payments and manage the to-go station's point-of-sale (POS) system
• Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked to-go area throughout each shift
• Communicate order updates and wait times clearly to guests
• Upsell menu items and promotions to enhance the guest experience
