Job summary

Kuber Oregon LLC in Tualatin, OR is seeking a friendly To Go Host to be the face of our takeout operation. You will greet customers, take orders, coordinate with kitchen, and ensure timely fulfillment while delivering outstanding service.

You should enjoy fast-paced environments, have strong communication, and be comfortable handling cash. A food handler card is preferred and lifting up to 25 lbs is required. Join our welcoming team and help guests enjoy great meals.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist to-go customers in person and over the phone with a warm, professional attitude
• Accurately take, package, and process takeout and curbside orders
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
• Handle cash and card transactions, including processing payments and providing correct change
• Maintain a clean and organized to-go station and front-of-house area
• Communicate order updates and wait times clearly to guests
• Upsell menu items and promotions to enhance the guest experience
