Job summary

Out West Restaurant Group, the largest franchisee of Outback Steakhouse in the United States, invites you to join as a Host/Server Assistant. You will greet guests, seat them, and ensure a smooth handoff to service staff, while delivering a friendly AUS-SOME dining experience to each guest.

Responsibilities include supporting servers, maintaining a clean dining area, and upselling products. Growth opportunities exist through the shift-leader program, with a hospitable culture and flexible

Qualifications

Ability to lift, carry or move up to 30 lbs.
Able to work in hot and cold environments.
Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time, up to 8 hours per shift.
Frequent bending, reaching, kneeling, squatting and stooping.
Manual dexterity to handle glassware, utensils and technology systems.
Ability to move quickly in a fast-paced environment.
Visual ability to include distance, close, color, depth and peripheral.
The role involves working in areas with low or dim lighting.
The role requires completing essential functions with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

M akes memorable first and last impressions with a smile.
Greets incoming and departing guests, seats guests, and hands off to service staff.
Coordinates wait and seating with urgency.
Supports Servers by serving food and beverages, clearing and resetting tables.
Leads the lobby experience following Outback hospitality standards.
Assists guests and upsells products.
