VE Hospitality Group is seeking friendly and hospitable individuals to join our team as Restaurant Hosts/Hostesses. You will greet guests, manage reservations, and coordinate seating to ensure a smooth dining experience.

As the first point of contact, you will inform guests about menus and promotions, coordinate with servers, and maintain a clean, organized host stand. This role offers growth opportunities within VE Hospitality Group and a supportive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm welcome and ensure they feel valued.
• Manage reservations over the phone and online with accurate records.
• Coordinate seating to balance guest preferences and server assignments.
• Manage waitlists during peak hours and offer bar or waiting area options.
• Provide guests with information on menus, specials, and promotions.
• Communicate clearly with servers and kitchen staff about requests or allergies.
• Maintain a clean host/hostess stand and waiting area and ensure materials are tidy.
• Bid guests farewell and collect feedback on their visit.
