Job summary

Chevron Stations Inc. is hiring at our California locations to deliver friendly, safe service at the pump and in-store. You will handle guest transactions, maintain cleanliness, prepare foods, promote specials, and ensure food safety and regulatory compliance.

Flexible fulltime shifts, potential part-time options, and weekly pay are available. We value teamwork, safety, and 100% customer focus. Candidates must be 18+ in CA, travel minimal, and hold up-to-date food handling certificates where

Qualifications

• Must be proficient in English to understand CSI policies, safety training, and job instructions, and to effectively communicate with customers and/or coworkers on work-related matters.
• Available to work a variety of hours, which may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, overnight shifts, and holidays.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to handle challenging situations professionally and exercise exceptional judgement.
• Ability to work both independently and in team settings.
• Must possess up-to-date food handling certificates, as required by location.
• Cooking/Restaurant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service and greet customers.
• Conduct all point-of-sale activities accurately and safely.
• Maintain cash drawer and reconcile at end of shift.
• Perform consistent station cleaning of indoor and outdoor facilities.
• Prepare food and hot beverages and manage stock to maximize sales.
• Actively promote store specials and marketing programs.
• Cross-check price of delivered goods for accuracy.
• Distribute delivered goods and keep shelves full and organized.
• Observe local laws when filling vehicle fuel tanks (where applicable).
• May perform other duties as assigned by management.
