Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Deliver food orders to guests across multiple dining outlets, including in-room dining, ensuring timely service and proper presentation.
• Answer phone calls and accurately take in-room dining orders while providing friendly and professional guest service.
• Verify orders for accuracy and completeness before delivery.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff, servers, and other team members for smooth service.
• Respond to guest requests and questions promptly to ensure a positive dining experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations, dining areas, and delivery equipment.
• Assist with clearing tables, transporting dirty tableware, and restocking supplies as needed.
