Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver food promptly, hot, and exactly as plated by the chef.
• Verify tables are properly marked before serving; correct or notify the captain if not.
• Announce each dish clearly to the guest, naming the main protein and up to two components.
• Highlight any modifications or allergy adjustments when presenting dishes.
• Use open-handed service and seat numbers; do not auction food.
• Maintain knowledge of all menu items, including ingredients and preparations.
• Act as liaison between chef and captains, communicating delays, requests, and 86’d items.
• Maintain professionalism and composure, ensuring seamless guest experience.
• Treat every guest and every co-worker with respect
