Qualificações

• 1 year of food service, restaurant, or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and ability to take accurate orders over the phone.
• Flexible shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver food to guests across multiple dining outlets with timely service and proper presentation.
• Take in-room dining orders by phone and provide friendly guest service.
• Verify orders for accuracy before delivery.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service staff for smooth operation.
• Respond promptly to guest requests to ensure a positive dining experience.
• Maintain cleanliness of service stations and dining areas.
• Assist with clearing tables and restocking supplies.
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards.
