Job summary

Spring Branch's Premier Craft Beer and Cocktail Bar is seeking a Food Runner to help ensure the timely delivery of hot food to guests while upholding food safety standards. You will connect with guests and staff with a friendly, inviting attitude in a fast-paced setting.

This on-site role supports servers and kitchen staff, assists with restocking and cleaning, and helps clear and reset tables between seatings. Local music and lively service culture are part of the atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring the guest dining experience, as a whole, is enjoyable, well-timed, and pleasant.
• Prompt and accurate delivery of food to each table.
• Assist guest's needs in teamwork between yourself and the Server.
• Follow the Steps of Service with each guest.
• Removes soiled dishes and utensils between courses.
• Ensure that tables are clear, cleaned, and reset promptly between seating.
• Assist chef team with continual upkeep of kitchen including restocking of appropriate silverware and plateware, cleaning of all surfaces and floors throughout the kitchen.
