Job summary

Chili's in Texas is seeking a friendly Food Runner to share our passion for hospitality and support our servers and kitchen team. You’ll help create an exceptional dining experience by connecting with Guests and keeping service smooth.

You will assist with beverage and food delivery, table clearing, and coordinating with Team Members in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Prior experience is a plus, and a positive attitude matters most.

Qualifications

• Friendly, guest-focused attitude and excellent communication.
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced dining room.
• Interest in progressing to server roles and other team positions.
• Prior experience in hospitality is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hospitable and customized service to each of our Guests.
• Improve the Guest experience by interacting, connecting, and ensuring needs are met.
• Keep tables clean by pre-bussing and clearing dishes and glassware.
• Partner with Team Members to ensure Guest satisfaction.
• Must be available to work some weekends, weekdays, and holidays as needed.
• Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.
