Qualifications

• Excellent communication, polite presentation, and neat appearance.
• Commitment to 100% customer service and guest satisfaction.
• Ability to operate a point of sale device, be computer literate, and perform basic math.
• Ability to work rotational shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Must lift up to 25lbs and stand/walk/sit for extended periods.
• One year in a food service or retail-based position preferred.
• Must pass background check and obtain necessary licensing.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Take orders from guests and deliver orders to tables.
• Answer questions from guests and maintain upscale service standards.
• Ensure organization and cleanliness of the front and back of the house.
• Replenish dining room items and support front server as needed.
• Contribute to teamwork in a family-style service environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
