Checkers & Rally’s Drive-In Restaurants is seeking Team Members in the Dayton, OH area to deliver fast, bold food with outstanding Guest service. You will promote Guest satisfaction, assist in multi-position tasks, and maintain a safe, clean, and energetic restaurant environment.

We value integrity, service, excellence, and courage to be bold and grow. High school diploma or GED preferred, Food Safety certification preferred, and a flexible schedule is required for this fast-paced role.

Qualifications

• Guest service or food preparation experience.
• Basic math skills; ability to work a flexible schedule and extended hours.
• High energy to keep up with our fast-paced environment.

• High School Diploma or GED (Preferred).
• Food Safety Certified (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Build sales and profits by promoting Guest satisfaction.
• Escalate concerns or recommendations to the General Manager.
• Identify and respond to Guests’ needs.
• Complete cross-training and certification in multiple positions.
• Adhere to policy and procedures to maximize Guest and employee satisfaction.
• Help ensure the restaurant is a safe, clean and fun environment for our employees and Guests.
