Job summary

Northern Quest is seeking a dedicated team member to assist in food preparation and service at our venue in Airway Heights, WA. You will prepare and cook food per recipes, maintain cleanliness, and ensure safety and guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3 months of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Ability to maintain awareness of your surroundings while effectively prioritizing the Core Purpose.
• Keep front-of-house and back-of-house areas stocked and spotless.
• Demonstrate trustworthiness and flexibility towards other team members and assist others when able.
• Accountable to the organization and department goals, objectives, and policies.
• Create a welcoming environment by engaging with guests while performing all job functions.
• Anticipate guest’s needs; always be thoughtful.
• Perform all other tasks as requested by Store Manager/Assistant Manager.
• Active participation in pre-shift and post-shift huddles.
• Accountable and responsible for cash drawers and acceptable forms of payment; ensuring compliance with all applicable standards.
• Ensure compliance with Tribal and applicable Federal and State laws, by all Team Members.
• Available and willing to work any changes in hours deemed necessary for business levels.
• May be required to be a panelist for the Internal Review Board Hearings.
• Responsible for maintaining a consistent, regular good attendance record.
