Job summary

Noble House Hotels & Resorts is seeking a friendly server to greet guests, present menus, and take orders using a Micros system. You will answer questions, ensure timely delivery of meals, and manage checks with accuracy while assisting other staff as needed.

Responsibilities include wine service, bussing, and supporting to-go orders. A Food Handler Certification is required, and a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• Past experience preferred but not necessary.
• Excellent guest service skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Available to work a flexible shift, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly and timely manner once seated.
• Present menus and desserts with highlights and themes.
• Accurately take and enter orders using the Micros system.
• Answer questions about menu items, beverages, and promotions.
• Ensure meals are complete and delivered promptly.
• Provide service throughout the dining experience.
• Place beverage orders with bartenders.
• Ensure final tabs are correct before presenting the check.
• Perform side work and assist with to-go orders as needed.
• Open bottled wine for guests and buss/set tables as required.
• Assist other restaurant staff as needed and resolve guest complaints.
