Noble-House-Hotels- in Florida seeks a friendly server to greet guests, present menus, and take orders with the Micros system. You will ensure accurate, timely service and answer questions about items and promotions.

Responsibilities include delivering meals, coordinating with bartenders, handling checks, and assisting with to-go orders. A Food Handler Certification is required and weekend/holiday availability is needed.

Formación

• Past experience preferred but not required.
• Lift up to 20 pounds.
• Stand/walk up to 8 hours.
• Excellent guest service.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Food Handler Certification required.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests and present menus at assigned tables.
• Take orders and enter into Micros system.
• Answer questions about food, beverages, promotions.
• Ensure meals are delivered promptly and correctly.
• Handle beverage orders with bartenders.
• Prepare final tabs and present check.
• Bus and set up and breakdown of stations.
• Assist with to-go orders and phone duties.
• Resolve guest complaints and assist staff as needed.
• Open bottled wine for guests.
• Complete side work as assigned.
