Job summary

Resorts World Miami Hilton is seeking a Busperson to support dining service by setting and clearing tables, folding napkins, and stocking stations. This role contributes to guest satisfaction and efficient service in a fast-paced hotel environment.

You will assist servers, maintain tableware, respond to guest requests, and help ensure clean, welcoming dining areas for guests throughout shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 3 or 6 months of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of appropriate table settings and service ware.

Responsibilities

• Set and prepare tables for dining, including folding napkins, cleaning and placing tableware.
• Serve water and attend to guests at tables.
• Maintain and report defects in tableware for repair.
• Stock, maintain and clean designated food stations.
• Assist servers with table service and beverages.
• Retrieve and transport dirty tableware to dishwashing area.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
