Madero Cantina in historic Downtown Fullerton is seeking a motivated Busser to support a fast-paced restaurant and bar team. You will clear tables, reset settings, and assist servers to ensure a smooth guest experience.

Ideal candidates are reliable, able to stand long hours, hold a California Food Handler Certificate, and work well in a team while maintaining safety and cleanliness. This role offers an hourly wage of $16.90 and opportunities for growth within the hospitality team.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. Applicants under 18 may be required to provide a valid school work permit.
• California Food Handler Certificate required or ability to obtain one.
• Ability to transport trays balanced with beverages, plates, and glassware.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to lift, carry, or pull heavy objects.
• Maintain safety and sanitation standards in accordance with Health Department guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Clear tables promptly and reset with clean linens and supplies.
• Wipe tables and replace dirty linens as needed.
• Transport dirty dishes to the kitchen for cleaning.
• Assist servers and kitchen staff to support guest service.
• Respond to guest requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Complete opening, side work, and closing duties to keep the dining area organized.
