Job summary

The Bungalow Hospitality Group is hiring for a Busser to support a high-volume elevated bistro in California. You will clear, reset, and maintain tables and the dining room with speed and care in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires a California Food Handler Card (or the ability to obtain within 30 days) and at least 3 years of experience in a full-service restaurant. Teamwork, discreet guest service, and a strong sense of urgency are essential.

Qualifications

• California Food Handler Card required, or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a fast-paced, full-service restaurant.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, elevated bistro environment with a genuine passion for food, beverage, and hospitality.
• Strong sense of teamwork and urgency.

Responsibilities

• Clear, clean, and reset tables quickly and quietly between guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room, service stations, and floors.
• Refill water, bread, and other items and assist servers with food running as needed.
• Restock service stations with supplies, silverware, and glassware.
• Provide discreet, attentive, and professional support to guests.
• Support servers and management to keep service moving efficiently.
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation requirements and report concerns to management.
