Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Verify customers' identification to ensure legal drinking age and serve alcohol per laws.
• Restock and clean the bar, including side work for opening and closing.
• Mix and deliver drinks including wine, beer, liquor, and cocktails.
• Stock bar supplies and glassware; monitor inventory and report shortages.
• Ensure all checks are paid and record daily sales in the POS.
