Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• High school diploma or its equivalent.
• At least 1 year bartender experience required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and serve guests in a prompt, friendly and courteous manner.
• Prepare drink orders for guests according to specified recipes using measuring systems.
• Set up and maintain cleanliness of bar, service areas, utensils, and bar equipment.
• Transport supplies to bar set up area, including requisitioning and stocking of beverages, ice, garnishes, and supplies.
• Cut and store fresh fruit, juice, and perishables for bar service.
• Breakdown banquet bar and secure all beverages and equipment at end of shifts.
• Maintain and count cash at the beginning and end of each shift; process payments and deposit cash drops.
• Adhere to state and company liquor regulations during service.
• Maintain professional appearance and proper uniform and nametag.
• Support teammates to ensure the best guest experience.
• Follow safety policies and report incidents to management.
