Job summary

Responsibilities

• Balance receipts at end of shift and ensure accuracy of transactions.
• Maintain a clean and stocked bar area, replenish supplies as needed.
• Attend to guest needs promptly and courteously, handling complaints calmly.
• Follow hotel dress code and safety policies; assist with other duties as needed.
