Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays as the coffeehouse needs.
• Excellent customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Delivers guest service that builds real connections and handles cash with accuracy.
• Hand-crafts beverages and prepares food to standard recipes and guest preferences.
• Moves between barista, greeter, and other roles as the shift requires.
• Takes orders and manages cash drawer following safety and cash-handling standards.
• Keeps the cafe clean, organized, and well-stocked per quality and safety standards.
• Anticipates guests' and teammates' needs and acts proactively.
