Job summary

Paradies Lagardère is seeking a Barista to deliver an exceptional guest experience in a fast-paced dining environment. You will greet guests, take orders, prepare tea, coffee, and espresso drinks, and ensure accurate payments at the point of sale.

Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards while supporting other restaurant tasks as needed. Experience in food and beverage is preferred, with strong English communication and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Food and Beverage experience is preferred but not required.
• Customer service focused and solution oriented.
• Ability to take direction and collaborate in a team environment.
• ServSafe Certification or equivalent, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greets, acknowledges, and takes guests' drink and food orders promptly.
• Operate cash register and handle payments according to SOP.
• Provide courteous, friendly service with a smile to guests and team members.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and comply with safety standards.
• Support other restaurant areas as needed, including seating and answering phones.
