Job summary

You will greet customers, assess service needs, schedule appointments, and communicate work orders to technicians with clear explanations and cost estimates.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar automotive role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with service software and MS Office.
• Basic understanding of vehicle systems and repair processes.

Responsibilities
